Palestinian Authority Chairman Hussain a-Sheikh says that the PA and Israel have reached agreement on the issue of Palestinian Authority fuel obligations to Israel.
According to him, this is a point agreement that does not concern the disagreement on the offsetting of the funds that the PA pays to terrorists.
