The Tel Aviv District Attorney has submitted an indictment to the Tel Aviv District Court, charging a 16-year-old resident of the Samarian Palestinian Authority city of Shechem with rape and indecent acts against a 16-year-old girl and two adults.
He was also charged with being outside the PA without a permit.
