A 48-year-old former Karmiel resident from the United States was charged Wednesday with grievous crimes committed against two female complainants nearly 20 years ago.
The two were about 4 and 7 years old at the time of the acts - and according to the indictment, he threatened one of them he would persecute and kill her family members if she resisted or told him about his actions.
It also shows he previously served a prison sentence for juvenile delinquency and even escaped U.S. law.
