Teachers' Organization Chairman Ran Erez announced at a press conference in Tel Aviv that he will not open the school year.
"Israeli teachers are collapsing and the State is busy with elections. A situation has arisen where teachers are unable to work. For 4 years we've been trying to find solutions by dialogue," he said.
