Senior MDA paramedic Nathaniel Etan, who arrived at the scene of the accident where a 24-year-old was seriously injured, updated his medical condition.
"The injured man was lying on the floor suffering from a severe head injury and limb injuries, after falling six meters. We gave him treatment on the ground and evacuated him to the hospital."
