MK Moshe Gafni (United Torah Judaism), chairman of the Knesset Finance Committee, said in an interview on Reshet Bet on Tuesday night that "not one shekel will be transferred to the Ministry of Education as long as the discrimination against children studying in the unrecognized special education system is not eliminated."
Gafni said that two requests for budget transfers have been placed before the Finance Committee, but they will not be promoted without a full resolution of the special education issue.
