Agreement reached with divorce refuser to pave way for his mother's funeral

The office of Chief Rabbi of Israel David Lau has announced that an agreement has been reached with the divorce-refusing husband who was prevented from burying his mother, under which a pledge, backed by a financial guarantee was placed with the rabbinical court, that the man would come to a hearing as soon as possible and comply with its judgments.
