In a post on Twitter, Lebanese President Michel Aoun denied that the US was pressuring the Government of Lebanon regarding the terror organization Hezbollah, writing:
"The President of the Republic denied that the State was subjected to American pressure: neither America intervenes nor our nature accepts the pressures"
