About 20 commanders at the Naval Training Base were restricted to the base for 28 days at the base after violating the Joint [male and female] Service Ordinance during an entertainment evening, according to public radio.
The junior staff, who also serve as counselors, played "identity change", in which the women changed clothes in a closed room and the men in the hallway. One of the women took a picture of one of the commanders and uploaded the photo to her own Instagram. Senior commanders who were exposed to the photo decided to prosecute all participants for inappropriate behavior and violating military orders, most of them not opposing the evening.
