At a hearing in the Tel Aviv Regional Labor Court, it was ruled on Sunday that letters of a pre-dismissal hearing sent to 200 employees of the Kiryat Gat municipality will be canceled.
It was determined, in an arbitration decision, that the parties would negotiate on the need for reductions, their scope and other measures designed to significantly reduce the harm to city employees. In addition, following the demand of the workers' committee and Federation of Administrators, it was decided that in September the workers would receive their customary clothing allowance, which has been delayed and not payed so far.
