Chairman Hanan Melcer of the Central Election Committee has disqualified Nissim Fadida, number nine on the Secular Right list, led by Tiberias Mayor Ron Cobi.
Fadida's record includes a conviction for an offense of moral turpitude, which does not allow him to hold office.
