Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit has approved the submission of an indictment against Minister of Labor, Welfare and Social Services Haim Katz, charging him with fraud and breach of trust.
The approved indictment for submission to the court was first communicated to the Speaker of the Knesset as well as to Katz, in order for Katz to announce whether he would like the Knesset to grant him immunity from criminal prosecution.
