Education Minister Rabbi Rafi Peretz (Yamina) calls on Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu to intervene in the special education crisis, and calls on Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon to immediately disburse the necessary budget.
"The Treasury cannot sit idly by in a special education crisis - thousands of students aren't getting what they need," Peretz said.
"The Director of my office Samuel Abuhav and the entire professional level of the office has been working for weeks to find a solution, but opening this year could go awry if the budget doesn't go through. I calls on the Prime Minister to intervene; there are students here for whom this means life and death," Minister Peretz emphasized.
