Stocks on Wall Street rose on Tuesday after the White House delayed imposing tariffs on some consumer and electronic goods imported from China that were set to go into effect on September 1.
The Nasdaq rose 2.2%, the S&P500 rose 1.2%, and the Dow Jones rose 1.5%.
