The Adalah Center, on behalf of the joint list, filed a reply to the disqualification request filed against it, by Adv. Itamar Ben Gvir to the Central Election Commission on Behalf of the Otzma Yehudit Party.
In the reply filed by Adalah Center Director, Adv. Hassan Jabarin, the Joint List claimed that the disqualification request was made for racial motives and is not based on the grounds set out in Basic Law: Knesset, which allow for the disqualification of candidates and lists.
