Attorney Hai Ozen, who represents the father of a five-year-old girl who was found tied up in the shower in a state of severe neglect, Monday evening, has told 103 FM radio, "The parents deny any connection, and claim they left the house when the child was asleep."
Ozen added, "I spoke with the father. He was very surprised by the situation."
