United States intelligence officials have told the New York Times that they believed the blast last week in northern Russia, which resulted in the deaths of seven people during a missile-launch test was actually from the test of a nuclear-powered cruise missile.
According to the officials, this is a Russian attempt to renew the nuclear arms race.
