Secretary-General of the Arab League, Ahmed Aboul Gheit, condemned the ascent of Jewish worshipers to the Temple Mount during Eid al-Adha.
"The Israeli government bears full responsibility for the dangerous escalation that could ignite a religious conflict in Jerusalem," Aboul Gheit said.
