Histadrut Chairman Arnon Bar-David, CEO of Supergaz Kfir Navon, and Chairman of the Ma'of Histadrut Gil Bar-Tal signed an agreement on Thursday that regulates the continuity of the current terms of employment of some 350 employees, following its sale from the Group. Azrieli to the Elco Group.
As part of the agreement, the parties came to understand that all collective bargaining agreements with regard to supergaz employees and subsidiary employees of supergaz clusters will continue to apply in full until the end of 2024.
