A security source has told Arutz Sheva that the murderous attack in Gush Etzion does not appear to be a kidnapping incident, but all directions are being investigated.
The source revealed that in the past year there have been two unsuccessful kidnapping attempts that were detected in time. In 2018, there were nine kidnapping attempts that the Shabak Israel Security Agency prevented with the uncovering of the terror cells.
