The Commissioner of the Sales Law at the Ministry of Housing has imposed an unprecedented financial sanction of NIS 4,250,000 on a purchase group following an administrative procedure in recent months, marking the first time that members of a purchasing group have been recognized by the ministry of as entrepreneurs for the purpose of the Sales Law.
It was found that members of the group sold apartments to purchasers who, on the one hand, were not part of the purchase group, and on the other hand their money was not secured in accordance with the provisions of the Sale Law.
