The Lod District Court has ruled that flights to Uman will not be operated at night, even before Rosh Hashanah.
It was also determined that the Civil Aviation Authority director exceeded his authority when he permitted a curfew violation - between 1:40 a.m. and 5 a.m., on the days adjacent to the holiday.
