The prosecution has indicted Ramon Kadari, a citizen of Mexico living in Israel, on 15 offenses of fraudulently accepting something under aggravated circumstances.
According to the indictment, since his arrival in Israel six years ago, he has introduced himself as a partner in import businesses in the world and offered to the victims to invest in them with false promises of high returns.
