The local planning and building committee has approved a plan for the establishment of an employment complex in Emek Zion.
The plan offers the establishment of an employment complex near the Shmuel Bait/Giv'at Mordechai Interchange, adjacent to Highway 16, which is another entry into the city, which is marked in the Jerusalem outline as an employment area. The area of the plan is 36 dunams of which two employment complexes are to be located on an area of 27 dunams.
