The Supreme Court has decided to wipe out Tiberias Mayor Ron Cobi's petition against Interior Minister Aryeh Deri and his office's chief executive.
The court's decision followed the announcement by Deri that the ministry would extend the deadline for approving the budgets of all local authorities that had not already done so to September 30th.
