As part of the preparations for flights between Israel and Uman ahead of Rosh Hashanah, Deputy Minister of Education Meir Porush met on Sunday with the chairman of the Bureau of Public Inquiries of the Breslav Hasidim.

The businessmen noted the deputy minister's activity in the form of visa cancellation to Ukraine, arranging flight hours at night, security issues and more. They also noted the exaggerated raising of airline prices for the Rosh Hashana season, when tens of thousands of the people of Israel visit Rabbi Nachman's grave, attributing it to "the lack of an 'open sky' agreement between Israel and Ukraine." Porush told the businessmen, "United Torah Judaism will do everything possible to apply the open sky agreement between Israel and Ukraine, and even demand it in the future coalition agreement."
