Paddy Adwan, the Muslim who committed the ramming attack in early July in which 5 IDF fighters were wounded is being charged with attempted murder.
The terrorist drove a vehicle he had bought a month before with the aim of carrying out the attack to avenge his brother's death. When he arrived home, he told his father that he had committed a ramming attack and the latter reportedly implored him to turn himself in.
