The Foreign Ministry responded to the ambassador's claim in Panama about racism at Ben Gurion Airport.
"The senior, veteran, and esteemed Ambassador has been contacted by airport officials for the case to be examined. We believe that the central meeting between citizens and visitors in Israel and the public servants should be done professionally from a concept of service and mutual respect," it said.
