Following information received from the Central Election Commission regarding the national elections held in April 2019, it was decided to open two investigations for suspected crimes of election purity in two different localities.
So far, a number of suspects have been investigated, collected from mixed messages and seized relevant documents. The investigation is underway at the National Fraud Investigation Unit in U.S. 433.
In addition, it has been decided that the Israeli police will open an investigation into the allegations made by MK David Bitten (Likud) in the context of the election purity.
At the end of the examination, a decision will be made as to whether there is justification to open an investigation.
