A 38-year-old Rahat resident was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of illegally possessing weapons.
Police found a Skoda vehicle that appeared to be suspicious next to the Megiddo Junction and two handguns were found in the ensuing search. The man's detention has been extended until tomorrow.
