Retired Brazilian soccer star Ronaldinho launched a storm on Instagram when he uploaded a promo video for a friendly match on October 29th at Haifa's Sammy Ofer Stadium between Brazil's stars of the past and members of the Israeli national team to raise awareness of overall peace.
Hundreds of angry Arabs and supporters of the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement against Israel flooded his Instagram account with comments urging him not take part in the game. Israeli supporters did not remain indifferent and responded with supportive and embracing reactions expressing their happiness at his second appearance in Israel.
