The Military Prosecutor's Office issued an order for several soldiers to be prosecuted for carrying out humiliating initiation ceremonies for soldiers in the Air Force's technical unit two years.
Ten career soldiers who were aware of the offenses and did not take steps to stop them will also be prosecuted.
