Syrian citizen arrested in Germany for antisemitic attack

JTA reported that German authorities arrested two men, a 19-year-old Syrian citizen and a 17-year-old of unnamed origin for allegedly spitting on and insulting a man who was wearing a kippah with a Star of David in the city of Potsdam in Germany.
