Deputy Head of the Tamar Council, Ruth Kaplan (73), a member of Ein Hatzeva, and a council plenary member for 42 years, will assume the position of head of the council.
This was after the court upset the incumbent Councilor Dov Litvinoff who had to leave his office immediately.
