The Knesset Finance Committee has agreed that the fee for renewing a cannabis consumption license, at 278 shekels, will be an annual payment from the date of the doctor's appointment to get the license, and not a fee for every renewal, as the health funds initially demanded.
The payment was determined as part of a temporary two-year measure, with a report to be made to the committee every year.
