Chief Justice Esther Hayut has announced that the state will have to approve by August 5th the Supreme Court's proposal that the mayor of Tiberias, Ron Cobi, will head a committee that will fulfill the functions of the city council.
This, until his hearing in October, to allow him to approve the budget.
