Croatian President Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović has arrived in Israel for meetings with Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, Foreign Minister Yisrael Katz and President Reuven Rivlin on tightening economic ties between the two countries.
Per protocol of her first visit, President Grabar-Kitarović will also visit the Yad Vashem Holocaust memorial institution. Greeting her at Ben-Gurion International Airport, Science and Technology Minister Ofir Akunis said "Israel is at its peak in terms of its international standing, and the desire to forge alliances and create cooperation with us is increasing."
