An indictment has been filed against 41-year-old Nathaniel Baluka of Beit Shemesh, for abandonment after injury and obstruction of justice.
According to the indictment, after hitting a minor who broke into the road, Baluka continued on his journey and did not stop to help. In addition, the day after the accident he allegedly went to the garage and asked to repair the damage to his car.
