Muslim indicted for sexual offenses on 13-year-old

The Southern District Attorney's Office filed an indictment in the Be'er Sheva District Court against Ashraf Karga, 38, a Muslim from Halhul accused of committing sodomy and indecent acts against a 13.5-year-old Ashdod girl.
