The Movement for Quality Government petitioned the Supreme Court today against the decision of Justice Minister Amir Ohana to dismiss the director-general of his ministry Emi Palmor.
The petitioners are asking the court to order the cancellation of the dismissal of the director-general of the ministry, which, according to them, was allegedly without authority and against the rules of proper administration.
