Report: IDF arrests Arab suspected of belonging to ISIS

IDF forces arrested Alaa Bashir, 23, from Qalqiliya, on suspicion of belonging to ISIS.

According to the report, Bashir was detained for several weeks by Palestinian Preventive Security and released on Sunday.
