The first indictment was filed with the Magistrate's Court in Kfar Saba against Walid Abu Sneineh, 30, from Jaljuliya and against the company he was managing, E.S. Walid Construction, Ltd., for deducting fictitious tax invoices in the amount of NIS 3 million.
The indictment against the defendants belonging to the Petach Tikvah VAT Office was filed by attorney Alex Rosenwald of the Central District Legal Department in the Tax Authority, and the investigation against him was conducted by customs investigations and VAT in Tel-Aviv Central.
