In a post on Twitter, MK Yoav Galant congratulated Boris Johnson on his election as Prime Minister of the UK, writing:
"Congratulations to the incoming British Prime Minister, Boris Johnson - a friend of Israel who worked against BDS. He is well aware of Iran's pursuit of a nuclear program and its terrorist activities in the region. We hope that Johnson will choose the right path and move Europe away from its hypocritical and hesitant approach to the Iranian issue."
