The Movement for Quality Government responds to the dismissal of the director-general of the Ministry of Justice, Ami Palmor, by Minister Amir Ohana.
"Although the current government is a transitional government, the drunkenness of Minister Ohana's power apparently caused him to forget the fact that he is actually a temporary justice minister, and therefore he allows himself, as is his won't, to try to harm the law enforcement system."
"This is a complete disregard for the attorney general's instructions on the matter, total disregard for Israel's election campaign and total disregard for the fact that in another two months Ohana may no longer be justice minister. The firing of a professional person like Amy Palmor is a clear deviation from authority and we do not intend to let this pass on to the agenda, "the movement said.
