Due to a technical malfunction in the Ministry of Transportation's main computer, all branches of the Motor Vehicle License Bureau (Misrad Harishui) throughout the country will be closed until further notice.
In addition, licensing cannot be performed at the post offices, automated stations (Rishiomat) or online. A notification of a return to normal activity will be published when the malfunction is fixed.
