In the town of Tapuah in Samaria, mosquitoes infected with the West Nile virus have been identified in the last two weeks. This is the fourth time since the beginning of the year that infected mosquitoes have been found in Israel.
The Ministry of Environmental Protection calls on authorities and residents to increase efforts to eliminate mosquito-borne hazards, Kan reported.
