Police to slain Ethiopian's family: No files before indictment

The Department for Investigating Police has informed the family of slain Ethiopian teen Solomon Tekah, who was killed by the gunfire of a police officer, that it will not hand over the investigation materials prior to a decision to indicting the officer.
