The installation of public telephones has begun in the wings housing Hamas prisoners in Ramon Prison, according to the Israel Public Broadcasting Corporation.
The Israel Prison Service said, "We are continuing the process of installing supervised public telephones in the prison, while operating cellular blocking systems in all security prisons."
