Sephardic Chief Rabbi of Israel, Rabbi Yitzchak Yosef, met with military rabbis and discussed with them halachic issues relating to their work in the IDF.
"It is forbidden to make any compromises for soldiers who want to keep kosher at the highest level and in other matters of Judaism, the soldiers must receive a response," said the Chief Rabbi to the military rabbis.
