The Southern District Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment against a resident of Gaza, Yosef Kermot, who was charged with committing offenses against state security.
According to the indictment, in the vicinity of the defendant's house, Hamas operatives placed rockets, which they fired at Israel, and immediately after the shooting they hid in the defendant's house.
